This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your personal data, who has access to it, why, when and under what conditions we may collect it. The extent of processing varies depending on how you use our services.

We have therefore broken down all the information so that you can navigate it as easily as possible. 

The processing of personal data is governed by the European Data Protection Regulation, also known as GDPR.

Who is the data controller

Your rights regarding personal data

Protecting your personal data is our priority. Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • to ask us to tell you what personal data we are processing about you,
  • to ask for access to that data and to update or correct it, or to request that we restrict its processing,
  • to ask for your personal data to be erased,
  • request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • if you have given us consent to process your personal data, to withdraw that consent,
  • lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority,
  • the right to effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights have been violated in the processing of your personal data.

Please note in advance that in some specific cases we may not be able to fully accommodate you. The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, located at Hraničná 4826/12, 820 07 Ružinov, Slovakia.

1. Personal data of clients

Which personal data we process:

  • first name, last name
  • registration number, tax identification number
  • address
  • e-mail address
  • telephone number
  • our communication with each other
  • information and documents you provide to us in the course of providing services. 
  • your evaluation of our services

Why we process personal data and on what basis we may do so:

  • We are fulfilling or negotiating a contract – we process data to prepare an offer and provide our services. Therefore, we cannot do this without you providing this data. 
  • We are fulfilling legal obligations – for bookkeeping, tax processing and compliance with laws and regulations. 
  • As part of our legitimate interests – we send newsletters to our clients, keep records of our clients (CRM), produce our internal statistics and reports and also retain some data for litigation and defence purposes. 
  • We have your consent – as long as you provide us with a reference for our services.

How long we will process the data:

We will process your data for the duration of the contract and for 10 years after the end of the contract, unless other regulations provide for an even longer period.

News sent to clients:

We may send newsletters or other business announcements from the business and marketing world to clients or participants in our training courses by email or telephone/text message. You can of course unsubscribe at any time.

Who has access to your data:

Some other service providers or applications assist us with data processing:

  • UAB MailerLite, J. Basanavičiaus 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania, provider of software for sending newsletters
  • possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, but not currently used by the controller

We may also transfer personal data to public authorities if we are required to do so.

2. Newsletter

Which personal data we process:

  • name,
  • e-mail address.

Why we process personal data and on what basis:
We process the above personal data because you have consented to receive our newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the button in the email or by sending an email to [email protected].

How long we will process the data:

You consent to data processing for a period of 3 years, unless you extend or withdraw your consent.

  • where applicable, other providers of processing software, services and applications but not currently used by the controllers

3. Personal data when communicating with us

Which personal data we process:

  • name, surname or company,
  • e-mail address,
  • message text.

Why we process personal data and on what basis:

Communication is our legitimate concern. We need the above data to answer your questions and we also need the data from your feedback to improve our services. We will not be able to respond to you without processing this data. 

How long we will process the data:

We will only process your data for as long as necessary, up to a maximum of 3 months from our last communication.

We do not use any cookies for the functioning of our website. We protect your privacy as much as possible.
